By accessing or using Property Title Management ("PTM"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. By creating an account, you also provide your express consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
PTM provides a platform for uploading, organizing, and managing Philippine land title documents. The service includes AI-powered data extraction, map visualization, and team collaboration features. PTM is operated by 8REC Solutions, a company registered in the Philippines.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@8rec.com. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
You agree not to:
Credits are purchased in advance and used to pay for AI-powered document scanning. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits remain in your account until the account is closed. Credit balances are not transferable between accounts.
You retain full ownership of the documents and data you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to deliver the service.
As a user, you acknowledge that documents you upload may contain personal information of third parties (e.g., registered landowners). You represent that you have a lawful basis under RA 10173 to process such information through our platform. PTM acts as a personal information processor for data you upload relating to third parties.
PTM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-extracted data may contain errors. Always verify critical title information against original documents and official records from the Land Registration Authority (LRA). PTM is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of credits you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time via Account → Delete account in the app, or by contacting us. Upon closure, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act), and other applicable Philippine statutes. Any disputes shall be resolved in the proper courts of the Philippines.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
